Job summary

Stryker in Seattle seeks a Regional Receipt Specialist to achieve regional receipt objectives, deploy to regions as needed, and collaborate with Area Service Managers. You will lead onboarding for regional service associates, develop in-service scheduling, analyze receipt data, and coordinate with field sales to drive growth.

Travel up to 50% and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are required. A bachelor's or associate degree is preferred, with 2–4 years in service, sales, or supply chain

• Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent certifications preferred.
• 2-4 years of recent service, sales or supply chain experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• MS Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional receipt objectives and performance metrics.
• Deploy as needed based on regional service resource needs.
• Support strategies to improve quality of service and profitability.
• Responsible for regional service associate onboarding and training.
• Lead regional in-service scheduling and program awareness.
• Develop regional action plans to maximize receipt growth and quotas.
• Lead and develop regional service associates with training schedules.
• Act as liaison between regional service and field sales teams.
• Ensure account coding forms are up to date.
• Analyze and share receipt opportunity data for regional reviews.
• Use dashboards to identify growth opportunities in the region.
• Participate in tactical or strategic calls as requested by managers.
• Evaluate Strategic Programs and report results to leadership.
• Maintain relationships with sales reps and customers to drive results.
• Support Savings Direct and Go-Green contacts to increase receipts.
