Job summary

The candidate will develop strategic business plans, monitor performance metrics, and coach a high-performing sales team while aligning with company policies and patient-focused objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in medical device sales.
• Minimum 3 years in medical device sales leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share and relationships.
• Coach through field observations and performance reviews.
• Ensure effective sales processes, CRM use, and forecasting.
