Job summary

The Stryker Group is seeking an Arterial Regional Manager to drive revenue growth, market development, and customer adoption across the region. You will lead Account Managers, build relationships with physicians and health systems, and model Stryker's culture through collaboration and accountability.

Responsibilities include robust forecasting, strategic planning, and ensuring compliant processes while developing talent and delivering high-impact field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in medical device sales.
• Minimum 3 years in a medical device sales leadership role preferred.
• Experience in peripheral vascular space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share and relationships.
• Lead and develop Account Managers and coach through performance gaps.
• Ensure effective sales processes, CRM use, forecasting, and customer support.
• Represent the company at trade shows and educational meetings.
• Collaborate with AVP, VTE RSM, Strat Sales, and Account Managers.
