Job summary

LINET seeks a Regional Service Manager to lead field service and contract technical roles across assigned regions. You will plan new service contract installations, drive service performance against KPIs, SLAs, and NPS, and present customer service options as needed.

Responsibilities include managing field technicians, budgeting, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required or preferred.
• PMP certification highly regarded for project/program leadership.
• 10+ years of related experience and training in service management or field operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage field-based technical services employees and regional service operations.
• Lead planning and execution of new service contract installations and ongoing service activities.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and NPS; drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Develop budgets, staffing plans, and cost controls to maximize margins.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
