Mark VII Equipment Inc. is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead a remote, field-based team across a defined territory.

The role requires up to 60% travel, focuses on revenue growth and customer satisfaction, and involves expanding service coverage for proprietary and competitive equipment. Responsibilities include mentoring regional leads and technicians, managing budgets, ensuring safety, auditing service quality, and driving process improvements while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related experience in service management or leadership.
• Strong understanding of the carwash service business.
• Technical knowledge with the ability to develop improved methods for fulfilling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day region operations and delegate service tasks.
• Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Leads and Field Service Technicians.
• Monitor client issues and implement solutions to reduce recurring problems.
• Partner with Key Accounts to deliver superior service and nurture relationships.
• Manage and monitor the regional budget.
• Audit work quality and customer service to meet standards and productivity goals.
• Provide staff development coaching, training, and feedback.
• Ensure safety compliance and oversee logistics and inventory control.
• Communicate across teams to align regional operations and client needs.
• Maintain profitability awareness and review analytics for improvements.
• Stay current with industry regulations and innovations.
