Job summary

Sentrillion, based in the Phoenix, AZ area, seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead field installation and maintenance operations while coordinating cross-regional teams. You’ll optimize workforce planning, ensure performance standards, and drive project delivery across regions.

Your leadership will foster collaboration, improve efficiency, and uphold quality and safety across operations. Familiarity with QMS processes and cost analysis will be essential, along with using relevant software

Qualifications

Strong leadership abilities to guide teams and deliver projects on time and budget.
Experience in managing field installation and maintenance operations with personnel, vehicles, and equipment.
Solid understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes and compliance.
Adept analytical skills to perform cost estimation for projects and identify optimization opportunities.
Familiarity with software tools that support field operations and project delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee field operations and coordinate efforts to optimize workforce planning for seamless operations.
Ensure installation and maintenance activities meet performance standards and requirements.
Participate in project delivery meetings to track progress and address challenges.
Lead cross-regional teams to drive performance, collaboration, and adherence to company policies.
