Qualifications

• Fifteen years of progressively responsible management experience, preferably in medical imaging.
• Five years of senior-level leadership in a medical imaging/high-tech, national service organization, with at least 10 years field-based.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L responsibility and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Direct cross-functional alignment between Service, Sales, Operations and business units to drive business results within an assigned region.
• Develop and implement strategic and operating Service plans for the designated region with regional P&L responsibility over $40M.
• Cultivate cross-regional, national and headquarters stakeholders to develop winning strategies and improve processes.
• Partner with Sales to convert bookings to billings and meet budgets and timelines.
• Establish and maintain executive relationships, including the C-suite, to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Build and lead a team of more than 100 management, administrative and technical employees.
• Provide product and market feedback to CMSU executives on industry trends and customer requirements.
• Approximately 20% of time dedicated to special projects as assigned by VP of Service.
