• Strong understanding of business practices including financials and forecasting.

• Active motor vehicle license from resident state.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 15 years of progressive management experience with P&L responsibility.
• 5+ years of senior leadership in a medical imaging/high-tech service organization.

Responsibilities

• As a key opinion leader, direct cross-functional alignment to drive regional results.
• Develop and execute strategic service plans with >$40M regional P&L.
• Leverage cross-regional and HQ resources to win strategies and improve processes.
• Partner with Sales to convert bookings to billings within budgets and timelines.
• Establish and maintain executive-level customer relationships, including the C-suite.
• Build and retain a large team of managers, admins, and technical staff.
• Provide product and market feedback to CMSU executives.
• Dedicate ~20% of time to special projects annually.
