Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. The role focuses on supporting small to medium customers and managing distribution, while engaging large accounts and handling non-selling processes.

You will build relationships, generate leads, define territories, and provide technical solutions through multiple channels. The position involves collaborating across functions to deliver customer experience results, develop forecasts, and drive sales growth

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at US E5 or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals considering regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
