Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to expand small and mid-size accounts, manage distribution, and engage with large customers.

You will lead sales initiatives, identify opportunities, and deliver technical solutions through multiple channels. The role requires strong commercial acumen, a track record in sales, and ability to collaborate with production, supply chain, and marketing teams to achieve growth targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• United States work authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plans across functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plan and use data to guide decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals within legal and Dow procedures.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
