Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to manage distributed accounts, develop new opportunities, and strengthen relationships across organizational levels.

You will lead negotiations, set price strategies, and coordinate with production and supply chain to meet volume and value goals. The role requires strong commercial acumen, three years of relevant experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Utilize market intelligence to shape sales strategies and product development.
