Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to manage distribution and grow key accounts. You will generate leads, define territories, and provide technical solutions through multiple channels.

Responsibilities include developing sales forecasts, coordinating with Production and Supply Chain, and collaborating across functions to drive CX results. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across levels in customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to support pricing and product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategy aligned with business goals.
