Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium-size customers, manage distribution, and collaborate with large accounts.

You will lead negotiations, develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, analyze market data, and build relationships across a customer’s organization to deliver volume and value through cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities in the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across organizational levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plans to deliver volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals.
