Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Bone Health Field Reimbursement, to lead a regional team across parts of the Mid-Atlantic and surrounding states. You will translate national priorities into actionable field plans and coach FRMs to optimize patient access for Amgen medications while maintaining compliant, high-quality customer experiences.

The role requires deep reimbursement expertise across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate across Sales,

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master, or Bachelor with 2+ years in access arena or related fields.
• Experience in field reimbursement, managed care, or sales is required.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a regional team of FRMs.
• Develop regional access strategies using payer insights.
• Ensure compliance across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill.
• Monitor field KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, HUB, and Training.
• Lead regional business reviews and action follow-through.
