Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Field Reimbursement Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region to lead a field reimbursement team, translating national priorities into actionable regional plans. You will guide access strategy across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill channels, coaching FRMs to achieve KPIs while ensuring compliant, patient-centered service.

The role requires advanced reimbursement expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to travel 60-80% to support payer engagements and field activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
• 5+ years of management or people leadership experience.
• 3+ years in public/private third-party access or pharmaceutical field reimbursement.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill reimbursement.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% across geography.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers and execute reimbursement strategy.
• Coach and develop FRMs; drive regional KPIs and field execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, HUB, Operations and other partners to align access priorities.
• Analyze payer dynamics and identify access barriers; translate insights into actions.
• Maintain high compliance and ethical standards in all reimbursement activities.
