Job summary

Amgen seeks a Field Reimbursement Regional Senior Manager for the Bone Health franchise in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will lead and coach a team of Field Reimbursement Managers across parts of MI, OH, PA, VA, DC, KY, TN, ensuring strong field execution and payer engagement in both Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill channels.

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support experience
• OR Master’s degree and 4 years of public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support experience
• OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support experience
• OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support experience
• OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support experience

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Field Reimbursement Managers through clear expectations, regular coaching, field observations, meaningful feedback, performance management, and intentional development planning.
