Amgen is seeking a Bone Health Field Reimbursement Regional Senior Manager to lead a regional team of FRMs and translate national priorities into actionable territory plans.

You will guide reimbursement strategy, coach managers, and ensure excellent access experiences for customers and patients across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill channels. The role requires strong leadership, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or higher in a relevant field with 2 years of access strategy experience.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years in public or private third‑party access.
• Associate’s degree with 10 years of access experience; or 12 years with a high school diploma.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a high‑performing team of FRMs with clear expectations and development plans.
• Maintain accountability for field KPIs, service levels, and customer engagement metrics.
• Develop regional strategies translating national access priorities into territory plans.
• Ensure compliance with reimbursement rules and cross‑functional collaboration to resolve barriers.
• Monitor payer dynamics and translate insights into actionable regional actions.
