Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Field Reimbursement Manager for the Southeast US to lead a regional FRM team, drive reimbursement strategy, and ensure access for Amgen medicines. You will coach FRMs, translate national priorities locally, and partner across Sales, Market Access, and Medical to optimize payer engagement.

The role requires strong leadership, payer expertise, and the ability to manage field operations across multiple states with high accountability. Travel up to 60–80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in public or private third-party access, sales or managed care.
• Knowledge of dual-benefit reimbursement and payer dynamics.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and field execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional FRM team with coaching and accountability.
• Translate national priorities into regional territory and account plans.
• Monitor KPIs, payer trends, and access barriers to drive execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, HUB, and Operations to align on access priorities.
