Associate’s with 10+ years in public/private third-party access or pharma sales/managed care.
High school diploma with 12+ years in public/private third-party access or pharma industry.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Field Reimbursement Managers.
Establish clear performance expectations and drive achievement of defined field KPIs.
Develop regional strategies translating national priorities into actionable territory plans.
