Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a technical or security industry‑related role.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• 3–5 years of experience with access control systems (Lenel, DMP, Bosch)
• OSHA-10 hour certification (First Aid and CPR certification required).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make critical decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for internal teams and clients.
• Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, and company‑specific software.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, stoop, crawl, climb ladders, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead & execute installation, programming, and servicing of security access control systems (Lenel, DMP, Bosch).
• Prioritize safety and halt work if risks are present, maintaining a safe job site.
• Service and maintain security and access control systems at client sites, ensuring smooth integration for new installations.
• Conduct on‑site reviews, develop punch lists, and address quality issues.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors for seamless communication and execution.
• Complete required training and obtain necessary product certifications.
• Be available for after‑hours or weekend work as project demands.
• Navigate company software for job details, documentation, and communication.
