  • Prioritize Safety: Ensure IPS safety protocols are followed, halt work if safety risks are present, and maintain a safe job site environment.
  • Service & Maintain: Oversee and perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates for security and access control systems at existing client sites while ensuring seamless integration for new installations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct on‑site reviews of completed projects, develop punch lists, and address quality issues.
  • Customer & Team Collaboration: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Stay Up to Date: Complete required manufacturer and company training, obtain necessary product certifications, and keep up with industry advancements.
  • Adapt & Deliver: Be available for after‑hours or weekend work as required by project demands.
  • Use Technology Efficiently: Navigate company software for job‑specific details, documentation, and communication.

  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
  • System Knowledge: 3‑5 years of experience with access control systems (Lenel, DMP, Bosch).
  • Certifications: OSHA‑10 hour certification (First Aid and CPR certification required).
  • Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make critical decisions.
  • Customer Service Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both internal teams and clients.
  • Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and company‑specific software.
