Job summary

Integrated Protection Services (IPS) is seeking a Regional Service Technician to lead security system installations and provide top-tier service for clients in the Cincinnati area. The role involves coordinating with clients and subcontractors, managing safety on site, and ensuring high-quality results across access control and CCTV projects.

You will oversee and perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates, while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

3–5 years in a technical or security industry-related role.
Ability to read blueprints, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
3–5 years of experience with access control systems (Lenel, DMP, Bosch).
OSHA-10 (First Aid and CPR) certification required.
Strong problem-solving ability and independent work style.
Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute installation, programming, and servicing of Access Control and CCTV systems.
Adhere to IPS safety protocols and maintain a safe job site.
Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates on client sites.
Perform on-site reviews, create punch lists, and address quality issues.
Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
Complete required manufacturer and company trainings and certifications.
Be available for after-hours or weekend work as project demands.
Utilize company software for job details and reporting.
