Job summary

Integrated Protection Services is seeking a Regional Service Technician to lead security system installations and deliver top-tier service for clients in the Ohio region. You will oversee major projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients and subcontractors while maintaining safety and quality on site.

The role requires 3–5 years in technical/security roles, experience with access control systems (Lenel/DMP/Bosch), OSHA-10, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a technical or security industry-related role.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• 3–5 years of experience with access control systems (Lenel, DMP, Bosch).
• OSHA-10 hour certification (First Aid and CPR certification required).
• Problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, stoop, crawl, climb ladders, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must pass background check and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in installation, programming, and servicing of security access control systems.
• Prioritize safety and halt work if risks are present; maintain a safe job site.
• Oversee routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates at client sites.
• Conduct on-site reviews, create punch lists, and address quality issues.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Complete required manufacturer and company training to maintain certifications.
• Be available for after-hours or weekend work as project demands.
• Navigate company software for job details, documentation, and communication.
