Electronic Entry Distributors is seeking a Region Sales Manager to lead a multi-state sales force, grow accounts, and support branch operations. The role emphasizes strong selling, negotiation, pricing, and administrative skills.

The position requires regular travel to pursue opportunities, develop monthly forecasts with Branch Managers, and maintain customer relationships. Reports to the National Sales Manager and collaborates with vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently achieve monthly sales and profitability goals by developing new accounts and expanding existing business.
• Partner with branch personnel and vendor representatives to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Represent EED at industry events, trade shows, and customer/vendor functions.
• Identify and evaluate sales opportunities with companies involved in access control installation; maintain a structured call plan to maximize revenue.
• Prepare, present, and close sales quotes while balancing pricing strategy and profitability; provide weekly updates to sales management.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market pricing; communicate relevant insights to the organization.
• Collaborate with branch teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment; raise issues for resolution as needed.
• Conduct regular travel throughout the region to pursue high-potential opportunities and implement strategic sales plans.
• Work with Branch Managers to develop monthly sales projections for weekly conference calls.
• Maintain active communication with vendor representatives to coordinate joint sales efforts, training sessions, and promotional programs.
• Manage business travel efficiently and ensure proper care of all company assets, including vehicle, laptop, phone, and inventory.
• Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external communications.
• Support administrative processes, including coordination with the Office Manager on collections and accounts receivable matters.
• Provide product specification and installation support, involving vendors when required.
