Hanwha Vision America is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow revenue and market share for security products within the Louisville region. You will develop overall product sales expansion, own relationships with top clients, and coordinate with internal teams to maximize growth.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of security industry sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel 40–75% of the time.

• 5–10 years of Security Industry Sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–75% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute action plans aligning with company strategy.
• Engage with end users and integrators to drive demand for security solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of customers, markets, competitors.
• Lead aggressive account expansion for top clients in the assigned region.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Director and teams to ensure growth.
• Support and implement plans for National Accounts and distributors.
