Watchtower Security, the nation's leading provider of managed video surveillance for multifamily housing, seeks a Regional Sales Manager. This remote-based role covers a designated territory with extensive travel, from initial contact to contract close, including trade shows and industry events.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, a proven track record of meeting targets, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in multifamily housing or security/tech.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify, source, and develop new leads through prospecting and outreach.
• Execute sales strategies via meetings, virtual presentations, and demos to exceed targets.
• Assess properties virtually and on-site to tailor surveillance solutions.
• Deliver compelling proposals and manage full sales cycle to close deals.
• Travel extensively within the territory and represent Watchtower at events.
