Job summary

IDIS Americas is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in Northern California, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and Northern Nevada. You will report to the Director of Sales and manage channel partners, VARs, distributors and technology partners to expand revenue in your region.

Responsibilities include training customers, conducting on-site product demos, roadshows and trade shows; using CRM to manage opportunities; and representing IDIS Americas as a regional thought leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of commercial sales experience in the security industry.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (30–60%).
• Fluent English communication and strong public speaking skills.
• Proven track record of success in the region and security industry.
• Excellent business acumen and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and grow sales in the assigned region through channel and VAR activities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct customer training, events, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with distributors, integrators, and technology partners.
• Travel within territory up to 30–60% to customer sites and events.
• Use CRM to manage opportunities, contacts, and leads.
