Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Regional SDR Director in the United States to lead regional SDR and BDR teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will drive a multi-million-dollar pipeline, mentor SDR managers, and foster a high-performance, data-driven culture.

You will partner with regional sales, marketing, and field engineering to align strategies and accelerate growth while developing the next generation of sales leaders and alliances professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business/technical field.
• Strong background in business/sales development or technology sales.
• Proven outbound sales development results and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional SDR and BDR managers and teams across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Build a multi-million-dollar pipeline via inbound/outbound development.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, develop SDR Team Managers and leaders.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on integrity and growth.
• Use CRM analytics and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop scalable talent pipelines for future sales/alliances roles.
• Align development activities with regional VP, Marketing, and Field Eng.
• Adapt strategies for AMER/EMEA/APAC market dynamics.
