Accenture PLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Capture Senior Manager to lead our field sales organization across a broad U.S. territory.

You will drive revenue growth in SAP professional services, managed services, and SAP software, leading a team of Account Executives while collaborating across inside sales, marketing, delivery, and partners. You will own regional revenue targets, develop GTM strategies, and forecast pipeline on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, traveling as needed to client sites

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology sales experience across services/software.
• 2+ years leading geographically distributed sales teams across 2+ regions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or 12+ years progressive B2B sales leadership with quota ownership.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a field sales team focused on mid-market SAP opportunities.
• Set performance expectations, conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal coaching.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent to maintain a high-performing team.
• Own and deliver against regional revenue targets across services and SAP software.
• Forecast pipeline and revenue weekly, monthly, and quarterly; align with marketing and delivery.
