Accenture is seeking a dynamic Sales Capture Senior Manager to lead its field sales organization across a defined geographic territory in the United States. You will own revenue growth across SAP services, managed services, and software, managing an Account Executive team while coordinating with inside sales, pre-sales, and marketing.

You will forecast pipeline and revenue, build a regional business plan, and represent Accenture at industry events.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of technology sales experience with average deal sizes of $500K+ TCV.
• 4+ years direct experience selling/delivering S/4, BTP, Ariba, or Supply Chain solutions.
• 2+ years leading geographically distributed sales teams across 2+ regions with forecast discipline.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or 12+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership with quota ownership.

• Lead, coach, and develop a field sales team focused on mid-market SAP opportunities.
• Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal coaching.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent to maintain a high-performing team.
• Own and deliver a regional revenue target across professional services, managed services, and SAP software.
• Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy aligned with goals and mid-market priorities.
• Engage in strategic pursuits, executive relationships, and key deal cycles as needed.
• Forecast pipeline and revenue weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Collaborate with inside sales to align prospecting motions and pipeline targets.
• Partner with marketing on regional campaigns and demand generation.
