Job summary

Accenture is seeking a dynamic Sales Capture Senior Manager to lead our field sales organization across approximately half of the United States. You will own revenue growth for SAP professional services, managed services, and software, managing a team of Account Executives while coordinating with inside sales and marketing to drive pipeline.

You will travel 25%–50% to client sites and events, develop regional go-to-market strategies, and forecast revenue with data-driven discipline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years technology sales experience with $500K+ TCV deals
• 4+ years direct experience selling SAP solutions (S/4, BTP, Ariba, or Supply Chain)
• 2+ years leading geographically distributed sales teams across 2+ regions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or 12+ years progressive B2B sales leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a field sales team focused on mid-market SAP opportunities.
• Set clear performance expectations; conduct regular 1:1s and pipeline reviews.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent to maintain a high-performing team.
• Own and deliver a regional revenue target across professional services, managed services, and SAP software.
• Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy aligned with company goals.
• Personally engage in strategic pursuits and executive-level relationships as needed.
• Forecast pipeline and revenue on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and delivery teams to shape winning proposals.
