Accenture is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive an SAP-focused, newly established business area. You will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, engage with C-suite executives, and collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape solutions and win new business.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years as a direct seller or VP, 2+ years SAP experience, and a proven track record of large software license sales. Travel 25–50% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 12+ years of total work experience preferred.
• 7+ years as a direct seller and/or VP in tech or related industry.
• At least 2 years’ SAP or comparable ERP experience as a seller or user.
• 2+ years selling software licenses/subscriptions with strong target history.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, qualification, solution shaping, negotiation.
• Partner with pre-sales and delivery teams to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and nurture a robust pipeline; maintain CRM hygiene across clients.
• Collaborate with regional SAP teams on joint pursuits and opportunities.
• Engage in market events and build knowledge of products and solutions.
• Travel to client sites and events as needed (25%–50% of time).
