Palm Beach Tan & Wellness is seeking an experienced District Manager to lead multiple salon locations across the Portland, Vancouver, and surrounding markets. You will drive sales, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and coach leaders to build a high-performance culture.

The role offers a base salary starting at $65,000 with bonus/commission opportunities and a total compensation package up to $90,000 annually. Travel to district locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Drive membership growth, retail sales, wellness utilization, customer retention and profitability.
• Operational Performance: Maintain exceptional standards and conduct store visits for coaching and execution.
• People & Labor Management: Recruit, coach, and retain salon directors and future leaders; build leadership pipelines.
• Inventory & Business Management: Monitor payroll, inventory, profitability, and use analytics to identify opportunities and solve challenges.
