Job summary

Palm Beach Tan & Wellness is seeking an experienced District Manager to lead multiple salon locations in the St. Louis area. This role focuses on coaching teams, growing sales, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across districts.

You will partner with Salon Directors to drive operational excellence, manage KPIs, and develop future leaders, while enjoying a competitive base salary with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple retail or service locations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, staffing, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and operational performance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned district.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance across your district by growing memberships, retail sales, wellness utilization and profitability.
• Analyze business trends and create action plans that improve results.
• Coach leaders and teams to achieve and exceed key performance indicators.
• Ensure stores consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience and maintain operational standards.
