Job summary

Palm Beach Tan & Wellness is seeking an experienced District Manager to lead multiple salon locations across the Portland, Vancouver, and surrounding markets. You will partner with Salon Directors to grow sales, develop talent, and deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout your district.

The role focuses on coaching teams, achieving KPIs, improving business performance, and creating a culture of accountability and development. Travel across the district is required.

Qualifications

• Multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
• Experience coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• Experience managing KPIs, staffing, payroll, inventory, and ops.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the district.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: drive membership growth, retail sales, retention, and profitability; analyze trends and create action plans; coach teams to hit KPIs; execute promotions.
• Operational Performance: maintain high standards, conduct store visits, ensure outstanding customer experience, monitor compliance and equipment.
• People & Labor Management: recruit, develop, coach, and retain Salon Directors; conduct coaching sessions; build leadership pipelines and succession plans.
• Inventory & Business Management: monitor payroll, labor, inventory, and expenses; use analytics to identify opportunities; present district performance to leadership.
