Palm Beach Tan is seeking an outgoing, results-driven District Operations Leader to oversee multiple salons within a designated territory. You will direct, coordinate, and optimize store performance, ensuring adherence to brand standards and company-wide goals.

This role requires hands-on leadership, cost control, staff development, and cross-location communication; travel between locations is expected to support operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, and customer service environments.
• Proven leadership and team development across multiple locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel between locations.
• 3–5 years of operations management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee district salon operations aligned to company goals.
• Manage costs including labor, cost of sales, and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-quality staff.
• Coordinate with operators and ensure clear communication on projects.
