Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Salon Director/Store Manager to lead and grow a bustling salon team in the United States. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, achieving daily sales targets, and overseeing hiring, training, and operations.

Formación

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience helpful.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Assisting with Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants
• Assisting with Ongoing team training
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products
• Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Track goals and performance metrics
