Palm Beach Tan & Wellness is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple salon locations in the St. Louis area. You will partner with Salon Directors to grow sales, develop talent, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across your district.

This leadership role emphasizes coaching, operational excellence, and accountability. The compensation combines base salary, bonuses, commissions, and rewards, with total potential up to $90,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• Multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
• Retail, sales, hospitality, wellness, or service industry leadership strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, staffing, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and operations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the district.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth, retail sales, and profitability across the district.
• Coach leaders and teams to achieve KPIs and performance targets.
• Recruit, develop, and retain Salon Directors and future leaders.
• Monitor payroll, inventory, and operating expenses with analytics.
• Present district performance and action plans to senior leadership.
