This full-time, in-office role blends hands-on recruiting with direct team leadership, coaching reps on prospecting, pipeline development, and closing to drive regional growth.

Base salary is $65,000 with uncapped commissions and a full benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in recruiting, sales management, business development, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and leadership skills.
• Ability to identify strong sales talent and manage performance.
• Highly organized, competitive, and results-oriented.
• Healthcare, laboratory, medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or B2B sales experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work full-time in the office.

• Recruit regional sales representative candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Directly manage the representatives you recruit.
