Job summary

Idlab is seeking a driven healthcare sales professional to cultivate a regional territory with meaningful in-person provider interactions near Montvale, NJ. You will spearhead outbound efforts, build durable relationships with primary care and specialty practices, and help expand access to hereditary disease testing.

The role offers uncapped commission and a total target compensation, with a base salary and benefits package designed for growth and leadership involvement in a fast-evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Healthcare or laboratory sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Proactive outbound calling and prospecting with minimal leads.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building by phone and in person.
• Existing relationships with Primary Care, OB/GYN, or Urology providers in the Northeast.
• Strong territory management and disciplined CRM and follow-up habits.
• Willing and able to travel regularly throughout the regional territory.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a regional territory with in-person provider engagements.
• Proactively drive outbound prospecting to new healthcare accounts.
• Build long-term relationships with Primary Care, OB/GYN, and Urology providers.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow and scale molecular diagnostics programs.
