Job summary

LeoForce seeks a Regional Business Development Manager in West Springfield, MA to build and manage a local sales pipeline, qualify municipal bid opportunities, and nurture community relationships. You will coordinate with Estimating and Service teams, track CRM activities, and present proposals that convert opportunities into revenue.

The role involves frequent field visits and collaboration with General Contractors.

Qualifications

Must demonstrate success in sales and business development; hunter mentality encouraged.
Strong project management skills to scope requirements and produce estimates.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your territory; build and manage a pipeline.
Develop relationships within the local community and follow up on website-generated leads.
Qualify for local municipal bid opportunities and General Contractor new-build opportunities.
Track opportunities in CRM; follow up with estimating to ensure timely response.
Conduct site visits for needs assessment; develop project scope and review with the customer before submitting to estimating.
Prepare and present proposals in a timely manner; follow up and answer questions.
Collaborate with Estimating and Service Management teams throughout each project.
Track and analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and improve conversion rates over time.
