LeoForce is seeking a mid-level Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding market share and increasing revenue. You will partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Installations to ensure seamless delivery while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred.
• 5+ years sales experience in a similar field.
• Knowledge of the US security market for remote video monitoring.
• Excellent client relations, pipeline development and forecasting.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute new business opportunities to meet growth, revenue and profit targets.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline with value and quality.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success and Marketing to fulfill customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly targets and on-target margins.
• Support region strategy, planning and reviews and provide actionable insights.
