Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Regional Operations Director in Willimantic, CT to lead field operations across multiple acquisitions and drive professionalized dispatch, service flow, inventory and margins. You will partner with the COO to fix bottlenecks and standardize processes as the platform scales.

You’ll travel 75%+ of the time, mentor Branch and Service Managers on P&Ls, ensure safety standards, and blend cultures and systems during integrations, with relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations leadership in the Commercial Door, Dock, or Access Control industry.
• Deep working knowledge of commercial entry solutions (doors, dock equipment).
• Willingness to travel 75%+ of the time on a regional basis.
• Comfort with ERP/FSM systems (NetSuite, ServiceTitan) and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to newly acquired branches and help professionalize dispatch, service flow, inventory, and more.
• Coach and mentor Branch Managers and Service Managers on running strong P&Ls and efficient, profitable service operations.
• Find and fix order-to-cash issues and lock in improvements.
• Help integrate acquisitions, blending cultures, systems, and processes.
• Champion a true Safety First culture across all field operations.
