This role requires extensive travel, strong sales management skills, and a background in municipal water engineering. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 annually, plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in municipal water or wastewater engineering.
• Experience influencing engineered equipment specifications.
• Willingness to travel extensively (50-70% within territory).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activity across utilities and engineering firms.
• Conduct 2–3 field sales calls per day including plant visits.
• Identify and influence projects for CW1 specifications.
