Job summary

BJT Pack Group-LockedAir&LockedPaper is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable, sustainable growth across the Ohio/Great Lakes region. You will develop end-user clients and distributor partners, promote automated sustainable packaging solutions, and build long-term partnerships while managing the full sales cycle.

You will identify client bottlenecks, propose packaging equipment and consumables, oversee order lifecycle, and track pipeline with weekly updates.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of B2B sales or account growth in packaging/industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building channel partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with ability to travel regionally.
• Comfortable managing full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales plans and grow end-user and distributor partnerships.
• Achieve revenue, gross margin and cash collection KPIs.
• Manage distributor recruitment and partner enablement.
• Conduct on-site consultations to tailor packaging solutions.
• Oversee order lifecycle and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide weekly forecasts.
• Monitor market dynamics and provide insights for strategy.
