Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales management with direct people accountability.
• Top quartile performance (top 25%) in pharma sales is preferred.
• 3+ years in Urology is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field-based sales team of 8-10 Territory Sales Managers across a defined Region.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned to budgets and growth.
• Provide coaching to Sales Professionals to improve effectiveness and career development.
