Role: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

The RSM is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within defined GTM models and resources, ensuring adherence to processes and tools to meet revenue, volume, and productivity objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement GTM and channel strategies with differentiated value propositions for specific segments to achieve top and bottom-line targets.
  2. Ensure distributor deployment sustainability by delivering incremental growth to offset initial commission payouts.
  3. Manage people and OPEX spend to optimize productivity.
  4. Oversee Sell-in, Sell-out, and Offtake processes, ensuring compliance and effective use of tools.
  5. Support sales team development through relevant training and identify high-potential team members for growth opportunities.
  6. Provide market feedback and insights to Marketing regarding portfolio gaps and product performance against competitors.
  7. Forecast demand aligned with IBP processes.
  8. Lead and support sales, customer service, and technical teams to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop demand plans, identify risks and opportunities, and support key account sales initiatives.
  10. Ensure compliance with corporate and site policies, including HSE standards and regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
  • University degree with 12-16 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years managing a regional role; experience with distributor GTM models is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with FTE, CWF, and distributor teams to achieve sales objectives.
  • Proven success in program execution, team management, and delivering business results.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Leadership qualities suitable for senior management roles.
