House-Autry Mills, a leading manufacturer of breading mixes and other food products, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the southeast region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

This is a remote position. This position requires candidates to be located within the region of Columbia,SCto allow for efficient travel to cover the market from Greenville,SC to Charleston, Savannah, and Columbia, SC.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals and revenue targets for an assigned region.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Collaborate with food broker teams to drive sales growth and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote House-Autry products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications preferred.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with approximately half of the workweek spent on the road.
  • Culinary experience preferred.
