$95,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Operational Sales Manager to lead and optimize our sales team operations. The ideal candidate will be deeply experienced in sales management, operations, and CRM systems, with a strong track record of increasing sales revenue and driving performance improvements. You’ll play a pivotal role in achieving our goal of $20 million in new sales revenue growth by the end of this year by overseeing opportunity management, pipeline health, reporting accuracy, and team performance.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the foodservice equipment or B2B eCommerce industry
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite CRM, Outreach.io, and commission reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through performance coaching, pipeline reviews, and HR collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales reporting, forecasting, and pricing strategy
  • High emotional intelligence to navigate varied personalities and resolve team issues constructively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead, coach, and hold accountable the sales team in daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of pipeline health and opportunity progression
  • Develop and execute a structured plan to help the team achieve $20M in new sales revenue growth by year-end
  • Ensure all sales activities are accurately tracked in NetSuite CRM and nurtured through Outreach.io
  • Audit and manage deal pricing strategies to ensure margin alignment and competitive positioning
  • Create and manage detailed sales performance reports and forecasts for leadership review
  • Oversee monthly commission calculation processes and partner with Finance and HR for timely payouts
  • Address and resolve interpersonal challenges within the sales team in collaboration with HR
  • Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to align campaigns and lead flow with sales priorities
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in foodservice equipment to coach and guide the team toward high-conversion opportunities
