Looking to make your next career move? Kelly is hiring for a Sales Manager! This is an excellent opportunity to join the team at an innovative energy solutions organization expanding it's operations into the United States.

  • Direct hire, permanent role
  • Salary can be flexible depending on candidate qualifications
  • Remote position, must reside in the state of Texas

SUMMARY

  • Develop sales opportunities and qualify such opportunities from lead, to prospect, conversion into opportunity to eventual win.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing on the creation and delivery of the business development strategies and how to best drive growth through the company’s product strategy
  • Developing customer strategies, plans, tactics, profit targets, service delivery and implementation plans; achieving targets for revenue, profitability and growth
  • Directly manage major and developing customer accounts at a senior/corporate relationship level, ensuring all downstream activities is on message and appropriate
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to customers, partners and the wider industry.
  • Participate in the development of new solution propositions and proposals
  • Identify and report on business opportunities in existing and target markets.
  • Sales pipeline management in SF.com or equivalent, sales forecasting
  • Lead on and create a structured approach to effectively managing customer contract implementation and delivery
  • Support the preparation and delivery of marketing collateral, exhibitions and promotional programs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the energy, utilities, or similar industry
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business preferred
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Ability to travel 2-3 days a week
